Who runs this operation?
It’s one guy who lives in Texas. He creates ideas, designs them, and sends them to a vendor to create the items!
If it’s one dude, how are my orders made?
For clothing, Ram sends the designs to selected vendors locally in Texas. All orders are processed through these vendors. Prints, Stickers, and Keychains are in stock and are processed by Ram himself.
How do I make my prints last?
Store them in a clear vinyl wrap from your local craft store or place inside a nice frame that isn’t hit with constant sunlight. Everything fades from under the sun!
How often do you update the shop?
Restocking happens periodically. New items come in as the seasons change.
Who do I contact for questions about my order?
Contact Ram through Instagram @ramoft since he replies quickly on the phone. If you don’t have socials, then email to ram@ramoft.com with your order number # in the email subject line. Read the rest of the FAQ to see if your question is already answered!
Do you offer refunds?
All sales are final folks.
When will my shirt arrive?
Shirts are made to order for you! Shirts are made with care as the orders come in. Vendors do ask for a 7-13 day turnaround for shirts. Shipping is where the speed kicks in. Pre-orders take a month to start processing.
Why did my print/sticker/chain come separately?
These items are made separately from the shirts!
Do you offer exchanges?
Exchanges are only valid if in the rare instance of a wrong size or product according to your original order. If you got the correct item and want to exchange then that isn’t eligible for exchange.
How do I make my clothes last forever?
Wear your clothes as long as you can if it is clean and has no smell. Clothes aren’t supposed to be washed after one wear. Always flip your shirt inside out to wash, wash with similar colored clothing, and don’t use super hot water. Dry on low heat or hang dry. My Eva shirt from 2021 is still in perfect condition today!
